We are delighted to confirm the loan signing of Taylor Charters. The 23-year-old central midfielder joins us from Carlisle United until the end of the season.

Taylor has been with the Cumbrian club since signing from their Under 18 squad and has had loan spells at Workington and Gateshead.

Manager, Peter Murphy said “We are heading in the right direction and are starting to get where we want to be, but we knew we needed to adjust the squad during this window, and we are really pleased to bring Taylor to the club. He is a player who I’ve been aware of for a while and at over six foot tall he is a strong, physical presence and gives us other options. We would like to thank Carlisle for agreeing to the loan and hopefully it’s the start of a good working relationship between the two clubs that will benefit all involved.”

Taylor will join subject to International clearance and has been allocated squad number 18.
