Following an audit by the Usual Place we are delighted to have been given the Disability Confident Leaders Award for our work with disabled people and the employment and work experience opportunities that we offer.

The national award recognises an organisations top-level commitment to the UK government’s scheme that gets companies to actively support disabled employees and help them become more inclusive.

Club CEO, Dan Armstrong said “It is a great award to get as only five companies in Dumfries have it.  By achieving this status we have demonstrated a strong commitment through inclusive practices and leadership and have actively promoted best practices for employing and developing people with disabilities.”
