We are back on the road again tomorrow as we head to Alloa for our latest league one fixture. It’s the first of back-to-back away games against teams who sit around us in the table. The Wasps currently sit sixth, two places and two points ahead of us after the opening eleven games.
When we last played each other in August it was Alloa who claimed the three points with a two-nil win. It was goalless at the break but Josh Walker and Kyle Glasgow scored after the restart to secure the victory.
Looking ahead to the game tomorrow, Queens boss Nicky Clark said “Alloa was always going to be a massive game for us, but after what happened last week, we need to go and put in a performance and get a result. The next two games are huge for us, but we will take one at a time. Alloa are round about us in the table, so it’s games like this that we need to come away from with a positive result.”
